Return Policy Restrictions

At Brace Up, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy, we gladly accept returns under our 30-Day Return Policy for exchange or online store credit.

Please note the following conditions:

✅ Online Purchase Only – Returns are only accepted for items purchased from our store.
✅ Condition Requirement – Items must be in as-new condition, with all original packaging (internal and external) intact.
✅ Return Process – Notify us via our online returns process within 30 days from the purchase date. Once approved, we will email you a return slip with detailed instructions.
✅ Shipping Responsibility – The first return request is Free; the buyer is responsible for the next return shipping costs. Please ensure items are properly packaged before sending them back.
✅ Approval Required – DO NOT send items back without receiving return approval and a return notice with a reference number.
✅ Refund & Exchange Options – We will either:

• Replace the item OR
• Credit your account for the item’s value (excluding shipping costs). Please specify your preference when requested.
  ✅ Restocking Fee – A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned items.
